Bounty Hunter: A person who works for the highest bidder, a professional killer. Not normally a force user, but there are some known to be.
Tech Specialist: A skilled high-tech wizard who focuses on a specific application of technology, such as surgery, starship mechanics, and droid programming.
Force Adept: A Force-user trained in a tradition different form that of the Jedi, or wild talent who has developed force abilities without any formal training.
Fringer: A Jack-of-all-trades with little formal education who picks up skills and technical Knowledge through life experience and improvisation.
Scout: A cunning, Skilled explorer trained to operate in the vast wilderness of space and backwater worlds.
Noble: A Master of Bargaining and Negotiation who inspires confidence and makes a great leader
Scoundrel: A tricky, skillful Rouge who succeeds by stealth instead of brute force
Soldier: A fighter who uses great tactics and better fighting skills, cannot be a force user as this class.
Here are the Jedi Classes
Youngling: A child who is already a known force user. Learns the basics of the force and force control.
Padawan: A advanced student who studies under a master. Learning what they can to take on the role of a Knight.
Gaurdian: A fighter, who uses their skills in the force and with a lightsaber in battle to defeat their opponents. (Regular Saber Color= Blue)
Councilor: A Jedi who Combines diplomacy and scholarly pursuits with mastery of the force. (Regular Saber Color = Green)
Sentinel: A Jedi who is well balanced with both Jedi councilor and Jedi guardian. (regular Saber Color = Yellow)
medium: Someone with a strong connection to the force, and can speak to the dead Jedi, and sometimes stronger mediums can connect with any dead force user.
Master: A Jedi Who is adept in all ways of the Knights. No particular saber color needed.
(masters get special titles, like weaponsmaster and stuff like that depending on their expertice and regular assinments.)

learner: equiviliant to the Padawans and the Younglings
Marauder: The rampaging force of a Sith is the Marauder, a close combat specialist with a thirst for blood as destruction
Seer: The Sith Seer are Those that fell to the dark side and use the force to inflict pain and misery
Assassin: The Sith assassins path involves staying cloaked and hidden and then launching a suspire attack on your victim
necromancer: Equivilant to a Medium, a strong connectio to the dark side may also allow this. Normally only able to speak to dead from the dark side. But many acceptions apply.
Lords: are the counter parts of the Jedi Masters, and are on the governing sith council. (Leader called the Dark Lord.)
(Lords get titles too, Oh and in case you were wondering "Darth" Means lord so the titles Darth Vader and Darth Sidious make sense.)

death watcher: Speaks to the dead, any force user who has died.
Sultans: Masters of the Grey way.
