Any that says no current leader is still in need of a PC leader
Jedi: Currently in Elections, Sidro Haanc expected to win by a landslide. The Jedi are in turmoil after loss of longtime leader.
Sith: Kayura, Sidros former student has taken control of the sith and has taken them to new hights, the sith have never been stronger.
Sith Rebels:A group of sith led by Xero, who either blame Kayura for her masters actions all those years ago, or just dont want her as a leader. But have yet to make themselves known, none know of their existance.
GreysCurrently under no leadership but the greys are silently keeping the universe in balance.
Republic Under no current leadership elections delayed and are severly damaged from sith attacks.
